The hotel was fairly clean, the staff was affable and polite. The room was perfectly clean and reasonably spacious and the bed was comfortable. It met every demand. We were in an unbeatable and excellent location a 10-15 minute walk from Icon Park.

The property was fairly clean with very friendly staff. Coffee, a hair dryer, and tea/coffee in neat and reasonably spacious rooms were awesome. It was set near a bus station.

No reason to complain, the venue met the needs. Really enjoyed our spotlessly clean rooms, plus the staff was very welcoming.

Particularly good, convenient location in King's Lynn, near the train station, shops, pubs, and supermarkets. Also, close to the town centre.

The venue was fairly clean and the staff were amicable. Perfect and magnificent location just next door to shops, pubs, the centre of Gaywood and the train station with links to London, I felt safe. Plus, main attraction such as a cubical shrine was 3 km from this hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights and liked the place. The breakfast had a huge variety of options, toast and cereal. The room we had included central heating, iron/ironing board, and tea and coffee making equipment. The staff was affable and around most of the time.

Honestly nothing too much trouble. Fairly clean and budget place, polite staff.
